Courtney Gibbs, DVM

Dr. Courtney Gibbs is a dedicated animal lover who pursued her dream of healing and helping pets with a degree from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She has over 20 years of clinical knowledge and has practiced in Lawrence KS, the suburbs of Chicago, and Prairie Village.

Dr. Gibbs is committed to forming strong health care partnerships with clients and creating individualized treatment plans for her patients. She especially loves geriatric care, feisty cats, and preventable medicine.

She shares her passion for companion animals with her husband, Joe, who is also a veterinarian. They have two adopted children (Olivia and Camden) who bring joy and spontaneity to every day. Their animal family includes 3 fun-loving Mini Aussies, 2 curious cats, and a pair of cuddly guinea pigs. In her free time, Dr. Gibbs enjoys camping, gardening, and reading a good book with a cat curled up in her lap.
